Uniconn was founded in 1997 establish an independent supplier of offshore equipment rental and sales, manufacturing, repair and inspection services to oil companies and drilling contractors operating in the North Sea.
 

Uniconn Limited was audited by DNV in September 2007 and was found to conform to the standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
